National City Shooting Prompts Junior High Lockdown
March 23, 2009SAN DIEGO -- A shooting Monday in National City has prompted a lockdown of a nearby junior high school, we reported.
National City police said one person was shot in the vicinity of 18th Street and Granger Avenue, and driven to the hospital after 1 p.m.
Police said Granger Junior High School was placed on lockdown as they secured the location.
