Boy, 16, Stabbed At South Bay Middle School
March 28, 2009SAN DIEGO -- A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the face and abdomen Friday afternoon during a fight with three other youths at an Otay Mesa middle school, authorities reported.
The fracas at Southwest Middle School on Iris Avenue broke out about 3:45 p.m., according to San Diego police.
Medics took the wounded boy to a hospital. His condition was not released.
The other teens fled following the stabbing and were not located, SDPD Sgt. Rich Nemetz said.
