Quake Rattles East CountyMarch 21, 2009BORREGO SPRINGS, Calif. -- A small earthquake has struck northeast San Diego County but no damage or injuries are reported. The U.S. Geological Survey said a quake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.3 hit the area about 4:24 a.m. Saturday. It was centered about four miles west of Borrego Springs, a village in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
